“Perfect preparations to ensure a seamless experience for participants from Korea and the U.S.”

Hundreds of volunteers for the 23rd World Korean Business Convention (WKBC), including advisors from the Korean American Chamber of Commerce, the Korean Festival Foundation, the CESARS volunteer group, members of the Korean American Nurses Association, general volunteers, and interpreters, will gather for a launch ceremony at 6 PM on Tuesday, April 15, at the Gas South Convention Center.

Prior to this, at 5:30 PM, a separate launch ceremony will be held for approximately 200 interpreters who will provide translation services for Korean business participants during the event.

In addition, the Advisory Committee of the Atlanta Georgia Chamber of Commerce (headed by Chairwoman Soo-Na Um), composed of former presidents, will participate as volunteers.

Members of the Atlanta Korean American Nurses Association (headed by President Mi-Young Lee), consisting of current and former nurses, will be stationed at the venue daily from 9 AM to provide emergency medical assistance if needed.

The Korean Festival Foundation of Atlanta (Chairwoman Soon-Hae Ahn) and the CESARS volunteer group, made up of Korean student volunteers (led by Dr. Tae-In Kim), will also support the event through meticulous on-site volunteer activities.
