A total of 10 Korean singers competed in the main round, showing off their talents, and were recognized by the Bokmyeon Gaewangae Gainesoin.

The 23rd World Korean Business Congress, which attracts a large number of Korean-American and mainstream businesses from all over the world, has a wealth of cultural events in addition to the main competition.

K-POP, K-FOOD, K-DANCE, K-TRADIO, and K-TRADITIOAL will be organized to lead the business competition into a festival.

First of all, there will be performances by idol groups such as BE-MAX, saxophone and singing, traditional cultural performances organized by the Atlanta Gugak Center (Director Kim Mi-kyung) and the Korean Cultural Center of Atlanta (Director Yang Hyun-sook), children’s choir of the Atlanta Dream Miracle Choir (Director Kim Young-jung), and the Masked King Again.

Among the cultural events, the Ivan Cultural Festival will also feature a Korean singing competition with a total prize of $2,000. The deadline to apply is December 12, and a total of 10 participants will be selected by sending a video via KakaoTalk. The Korean Song Showcase will be held on Thursday, July 17 at 11 pm.

“This event is a great opportunity to bring the Atlanta Korean community together once again after the Korean Festival, and to promote Atlanta, where we live, to the world,” said Imishel Lee, secretary general of the Korean Festival Foundation, which operates WKBC’s on-site headquarters. ”It is also a place to introduce Korean food or products to the world through the participation of 400 small businesses from Korea. Although everyone is busy with their own family business, we hope that we can all take advantage of this opportunity to show the unity of the Korean community in Atlanta, as there is no telling when such a big event will be held again.”
