Promoting at the Atlanta Beauty Trade Show with the Kopé Foundation
On April 16, the Korean American Chamber of Commerce in the United States of America (KACCUSA) participated in the 16th Georgia Beauty Trade Show hosted by the Atlanta Beauty Association to actively promote the 23rd World Korean Business Congress (WKBC 2025), which will be held April 17-20 at the Duluth Gass South Convention Center. On this day, KACCUSA, together with the Korean Festival Foundation, supported the WKBC in recruiting participants and booths, as well as event management. KACCUSA also recruited volunteers for public relations, media support, and interpretation, and conducted public relations activities to ensure the success of the event. “WKBC is a large-scale business event with approximately 8,000 official registrants and 40,000 visitors expected to attend,” said an event official, emphasizing that the active participation of volunteers will help the smooth running of the event. Lee Kyung-cheol, President of the General Federation of Korean American Chambers of Commerce in the Americas, and Kim In-cheol, Director of Exchange and Cooperation at the Korea Overseas Korean Affairs Office, and Lee Kyung-ah made a surprise visit to the event to encourage and support WKBC’s on-site operations manager, Kang Shin-beom, and the volunteers. The WKBC is a global business event co-organized by the Korean Overseas Korean Association (KOGA) and the Federation of Korean American Chambers of Commerce and Industry (KACI), and is expected to be an important platform for Korean American business people from around the world to gather, network, and collaborate.
