IGN, Korea–U.S. Business Networking Event Successfully Held in Connection with CES 2026
IGN successfully hosted a Korea–U.S. business networking event on January 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM, during CES 2026, bringing together Korean companies, U.S.-based companies, and IGN members.
Despite a short preparation period, the event was held successfully with the attendance of approximately 60 participants, including representatives from Korean and U.S. companies. In particular, six Korean companies participating in CES conducted on-site company pitch presentations, introducing their technologies and business models while engaging in practical discussions on potential collaboration with IGN and strategies for entering the U.S. market.
Approximately ten IGN members attended the event, along with key figures representing regional councils, further highlighting the significance of expanding the Korea–U.S. economic network.
Notable attendees included regional representatives such as Jenny Kim (LV), Wonpyo Lee (SC), Kyunghwan Moon (KA), and former President Eun Ji-won (WA), who shared valuable time for exchange and cooperation.
Through this event, IGN also achieved the successful recruitment of several new members on site, serving as an opportunity to reaffirm the continued growth of the IGN organization and its network.
The event was successfully concluded thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Program Committee, and IGN extends its sincere appreciation to Director Susan, Director Sam, Director Joshua, and Dr. Nuri for their contributions. Additional thanks are extended to Director Michael (wine donation), Director Sam Shin, President Eun Ji-won, and Director Vivian (promotional material production) for their support in event operations.
Finally, IGN expresses its deep gratitude to the Korean American Chambers of Commerce USA (KACCUSA) and President BYUNG GU HWANG for their support in making this event possible. Moving forward, IGN will continue to play a practical role in supporting Korean companies’ entry into the U.S. market and expanding Korea–U.S. economic exchange through ongoing collaboration with KACCUSA.
